DIT Closes Series A Financing

Deep Imaging Technologies, Inc. has closed on its Series A financing. Investors include DFJ Mercury II, a Venture Capital firm specializing in supporting start-ups with promising new technologies; Eugene Ennis, former CEO of Landmark Graphics which pioneered the interpretation of 3D seismic data on workstations and was acquired by Halliburton; Lionel Fray, former CEO of AGO which helped pioneer marine CSEM surveys and was acquired by Schlumberger; SURGE Accelerator Fund I; and several angel investors. The company is likely to seek Series B financing in the first half of 2013.
